Arnaud Philippe specialises in M&A (domestic and international transactions), private equity and company law (corporate governance, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, restructuring and management incentive plans). He is also a member of Kellerhals Carrard’s Start-up Desk, where he advises founders, investors and start-ups at every stage of their development. He holds an LL.M. from Stanford and a PhD in corporate law from the University of Geneva, and is a regular speaker and author.
Antoine Illi is a solicitor specialising in M&A and company law, advising on transactions as well as on governance and structuring issues. He is a member of the Start-up Desk at Kellerhals Carrard, where he supports start-ups, founders and investors with their projects. He holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich.
