Welcome session of the Faculty of Science
The welcome session is for the new students joining the Faculty of Science this year: a morning to discover the services that will support you, to meet the people in charge of your discipline and to take your first steps in our community.
The session starts at 9h00.
From 8h30, the AESc (the science students' association) offers you a welcome coffee and croissants at the entrance to Sciences II. Come earlier if you would like to enjoy it and meet people — the presentations themselves begin at 9h00 in Auditorium A300.

Where to go at 10h45?
When the lecture ends, you go to the room of the discipline you have chosen, where the head of your section or department welcomes you for an information session specific to your field. Eleven disciplines, spread across four buildings: find yours before the day itself.

Practical information
- All new students are invited to this session.
- Classes are cancelled on the morning of Monday 14 September 2026.
- Students with military obligations are asked to read the circular on military service carefully (in French).
