ACCESS Geneva is a facility specialized in automated microscopy, high-content screening (HCS), high-throughput screening (HTS) and FACS cell sorting
The Genomics Platform of iGE3 and the University of Geneva provides consulting and access to the state-of-the-art methods in genomic technologies. These technologies enable whole genomes, exomes, transcriptomes as well as more targeted sequencing. SNP analysis (Genome-Wide Association Studies), cytogenetics,DNA copy number profiling and DNA methylation is also proposed.
Bioimaging Center - PHOTONIC
The Bioimaging Center - PHOTONIC is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art equipment and technology for light microscopy. Specialists offer advice and guidance for each step of your imaging project starting from experimental approach to data analysis.
DCI Geneva – CryoGEnic Facility
The DCI Geneva – CryoGEnic Facility is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art equipment and technology for electron and cryo-electron microscopy. Specialists offer advice and guidance for each step of your imaging project starting from experimental approach to data analysis.
Chemical Biology Mass Spectrometry (ChemBioMS) Platform for Proteomics and Small Molecules
CHEMBIOMS is a platform dedicated to provide state-of-the-art mass spectrometry for proteomics and analysis of small molecules. The platform offers scientists with pre-study consultation to advise the best proteomics strategy and supports scientific projects from experimental design, data acquisition, bioinformatics analysis and data presentation, to guidance on follow-up studies and publication
The project emerged in 2009 from a collaboration between scientific groups from the Faculty of Sciences, University of Geneva, to create the ICP center. We offer multielement quantification services.
The center harbor research instruments as well as service instruments and is part of Laboratory of Advanced Technology.
CAMAS: Consulting Platform in Applied Mathematics and Statistics
The Research group in Applied Mathematics offers the research consulting platform CAMAS in areas of applied mathematics such as optimization, statistics, probability, numerical analysis and scientific computing. Our service is open to scientists not only from the University of Geneva, but also from companies with challenging mathematical and statistical problems.www.unige.ch/math/en/camas
