Personal informaTION
After having completed my PhD on emotional intelligence and musical emotions in Trier, Germany, in 2021, I am now researching emotional competences in the hospitality and tourism industry. Besides emotional intelligence continuing to be a main focus, I am also interested in understanding emotional experiences of music, emotional communication online, and emotions in sustainability.
