Invited by the NCCR Evolving Language, the Swiss Center for Affective Sciences, the sound artist Julie Semoroz and the artist illustrator Aude Barrio, participated in the Scientifica event in Zürich with a workshop entitled “Let your body vibrate to feel the communication!” on emotions and vibrations.

NCCR Affective Sciences researchers organized since 2009 workshops on music and emotion during the Montreux Jazz Festival.

Brain Awareness Weeks

Each year, researchers of the center give talks and workshops during the brain week, which promotes local and international research on affective neuroscience and generally attracts 300-500 persons from the general public every evening for one full week.
