Céline Chatenoud has recently moved from Canada to Switzerland after 10 years as a professor in special teaching and education at the University of Montreal to get a position in early childhood education in Geneva. Through her teaching and research, she is trying to contribute to a better understanding about how children with disabilities can benefit from effective support and grow self-determined as valued community members. Child or parents’ exclusion mechanism in preschool and school context are also in the center of her interest as the quality of their services trajectory and life.
