Deadlines

There are two exchange application sessions per academic year.

Application dates for the 2019-2020 academic year:

• Session 1 deadline: from 1 November to 3 December 2018 for the online application and to submit your application to the International Affairs Office.
  This session covers all destinations for 2019 fall semester AND/OR 2020 spring semester.

• Session 2 deadline (spring 2020), only for Master's students (except FTI students): 29 September 2019
  Please contact the Exchange Info Desk. Because most exchange places have already been assigned by this date, the offer is very limited (mainly European destinations for which there is little demand).
