Submit your application online

Reminder: a maximum of three exchange destinations can be chosen, according to the following rule:
a collaboration or Coimbra-SEN agreement cannot come after a SEMP (ex-Erasmus) agreement.

Documents given in person at the Information Desk

  1. A printed copy of your online application (including provisional study plans). Please note that at this stage your study plan does not need to be validated by your academic advisor.
  2. Proof of English language proficiency. If you do not have a certificate (TOEFL, IELTS or other) demonstrating English proficiency, you must pass the UNIGE English Test.
  3. Most recent academic transcript
  4. SdS, GSEM and GSI students must provide course descriptions
    In addition, if your application includes a collaboration or Coimbra-SEN agreement (i.e. outside Europe), you must also attach the following documents:
  5. CV (in French)
  6. A general letter of motivation including the three destinations of your choice (in French)
  7. A copy of your passport with personal data

Attached documents must not be:
- stappled
- printed on both sides
Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration; any unsolicited document will be disregarded.
