Danfeng Wu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Geneva. Her primary interests are the syntax-semantics interface and the syntax-prosody mapping, with an empirical focus on ellipsis (silent syntactic structure) and focus in coordination. She uses a mix of research methods, both theoretical and experimental, including phonetic analysis and statistical methods.

She holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from MIT. Prior to joining the University of Geneva, she was a Junior Research Fellow at Magdalen College, University of Oxford.
