Permanencies Booking

Welcome to the booking system of the data analysis permanencies. Permanencies are free of charge, and following criteria will be considered to accept a reservation:

The capacity of the permanency room is max. 3 users
Priority will be given to the members of the faculty of Medicine
Priority will be given to users
Booking open 1 week before and close 1 day before (at 17:00) the open days.

A booking is valid only after a notification of acceptance by the platform.
Users will be notified by e-mail upon acceptance of their reservation (at worst the day before at 19:00)
