Jessica Sormani est sage-femme, elle travaille comme collaboratrice scientifique au sein du service de gynécologie des HUG, ainsi qu’à la Haute Ecole de Santé de Genève (HEdS). Depuis le lancement du programme de dépistage du cancer du col utérin au Cameroun en 2018, elle fait partie du groupe de recherche du Prof Patrick Petignat. Elle terminera au printemps 2022 son doctorat, sur l’évaluation de l’implémentation du programme de dépistage du cancer du col de l’utérus au Cameroun, avec l’Université de Lausanne.
Jessica Sormani is a midwife, working as a research associate in the gynaecology department of the HUG, as well as at the Geneva School of Health Sciences (HEdS). Since the launching of the cervical cancer screening programme in Cameroon in 2018, she has been part of Prof Patrick Petignat's research group. She will complete her PhD in Life Sciences in spring 2022, on the evaluation of the implementation of the cervical cancer screening programme in Cameroon, with the University of Lausanne.
