Sophie Evina est médecin, de nationalité Camerounaise, elle se spécialise en Santé globale à l’Université de Genève ; et termine son Master en automne 2022. Ses plus grands centres d’intérêts sont la santé communautaire et le développement sanitaire des pays en voies de développement. Actuellement en stage, elle travaille sur les facteurs affectant la participation au dépistage du cancer du col de l'utérus après 5 ans dans un contexte de faibles ressources ; une étude emboîtée dans l'étude du programme 3T au Cameroun ; avec le groupe de recherche du Prof Patrick Petignat.
Sophie Evina is a medical physician from Cameroon, specializing in Global Health at the University of Geneva; she will complete her master’s degree in the fall of 2022. Her main interests are community health and health development in developing countries. Currently, she is working on the factors affecting participation in cervical cancer screening after 5 years in a low-resource setting; a study nested in the 3T program study in Cameroon; with the research group of Prof Patrick Petignat.
