March 15: a lecture from Pre Monica Bettencourt-Dias
On the 15th of March 2024, Pre Monica Bettencourt-Dias, Gulbenkian Institute of Science, Oeiras, Portugal, invited by Pre Monica GOTTA, will give a lecture entitled "Centrioles in development, disease and evolution: tiny organelles, multiple and essential functions".
The lecture will take place on the 15th of March 2024 at 11am in the auditorium P Boymond B02.2226, CMU.
Her research involves cell cycle regulation, for which she has been recognized as the recipient of the Pfizer Award for Basic Research, the Keith Porter Prizer from the American Society for Cell Biology and the Eppendorf Young European Investigator Award.
