Salvatore's project aims at understanding the contribution of the different types of adipocytes in the overall metabolism. He takes great pride in the way he prepares his coffee and he is super excited when his primers arrive. He is the official Tai chi guru of the lab - he often exercises it with his cat, after working with mice during the day.
