Junior Speakers Instructions

All abstracts for the Geneva Days must be submitted by December 12th

Use the abstract template. Also, kindly complete and return the consent form for the use of pictures taken during the event.

Slides must be uploaded via the dedicated SharePoint submission website.
Slides must be uploaded by January 9th at the latest.
Slides must be in PowerPoint format or PDF format.
Everyone has a 15 minute-slot : 10/11 minutes talk followed by 5/4 minutes for questions from the audience
To ensure smooth transitions and avoid technical issues, all presentations will run on the auditorium computer (A300). Personal devices cannot be used.
Your slides will be upload to the auditorium computer, so they are ready for you on the day of your talk.

You will have the opportunity to test your slides on January 14th, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM in auditorium A300.
