Autogenic delta progradation in incised-valley systems
Laboratory experiments of source-to-sink systems demonstrate the possibility of autogenic delta progradation in incised-valley systems in conditions of constant sediment supply and sea-level rise.
These results have important implications for the accurate reconstruction of sea-level changes from incised-valley fills.
