Overall Satisfaction and Commitment to the Institution
- Overall satisfaction: 7.6 / 10
- 79% of staff report being satisfied, including 31% who are very satisfied
- 74% express pride in working at UNIGE
- 70% would recommend the institution as an employer
Key strengths
- Job content: high level of autonomy, interesting tasks, diverse activities
- Work organization: flexibility and alignment between assignments and skills
- Team dynamics: collaboration is considered effective, and there is support among colleagues
- Management: generally accessible line managers
- Working conditions: generally satisfactory environment, tools, and equipment
- Remote work: viewed positively in terms of flexibility and work-life balance
Strengthening career development opportunities and access to training
- Improving recognition and feedback practices
- Preventing stress and improving well-being at work
- Strengthening the prevention and treatment of mental health issues and increasing the visibility and adoption of existing support mechanisms in this area
