Dr. Fatma Uslu Gülşen is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Geneva. She specializes in Educational Administration and Higher Education, with expertise in educational leadership, and higher education policy. Her research explores the internationalization of higher education, comparative education policies, and student engagement. Currently, she is conducting a comparative study on the internationalization strategies of higher education institutions in Switzerland and Turkey, analyzing national and institutional-level rationales.
