• Co-directs and teaches the Faculty Development program (teachers' professional development and training)
• Sits on the Bachelor Curriculum Committee and its working group, in charge of Teacher professional development and Student professionalism
• Sits on the Curriculum Committee of the Faculty
• Teaches in the “Introduction to Problem Based Learning” unit
• Is member of the working group and teaches in the program of "Pedagogy Skills" for medical students
• Carries out research projects in medical education
• Consultant for several international medical schools (Kirghizstan, Lituania...)
