REGARD - Workshops - 2025
This workshop program has been developed by the Equality Offices and Services of the Universities of Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel since 2004. Since then, HES-SO and EPFL have joined the project.
Together, we offer cross-disciplinary skills workshops for female doctoral candidates, professors and members of middle management.
REGARD workshops offer concrete tools for managing an academic career and developing cross-disciplinary skills with other female researchers from partner universities.
The workshops also provide a forum for discussion and exchange of experience between researchers.
Some workshops are open to a mixed audience, raising awareness of the issue of equal treatment for women and men in careers within the university community.
