Fabricio Jantarada holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing from the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon, with an additional Specialization in Marketing. He also recently obtained certification in project management from the IPMA-International Project Management Association. Before joining the Euresearch team at the UNIGE Research Department, Fabricio worked for several years in the private sector as a marketing and communications specialist in Lisbon and as a copyright compliance specialist in London.  Over the past 10 years, he has acquired solid experience at Geneva University Hospitals in the Infection Prevention and Control Department, as manager (finance, administration, HR and events) of several collaborative projects under the European Union's 7th Framework Program (FP7 / IMI) for research and innovation.

Within the Research Department - Euresearch, Fabricio is in charge of several European research programs, notably in relation with industry and SMEs in Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe: European Innovation Council (EIC), Innovative Health Initiative (IHI), Partnerships (ERA-Nets, AAL, FET Flagships, etc.), Eurostars, European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP), etc...
