I got my Master’s in Biotechnology from the ENSTBB in Bordeaux, France and joined the Kaksonen lab in 2020. Over the course of my PhD project, I am especially interested in the role of clathrin in yeast endocytosis. Using a combination of several live fluorescence microscopy techniques such as TIRF microscopy and FRAP experiments, my aim is to decipher clathrin dynamics over the course of its lifetime at endocytic sites, and how these relate to its function in coat maturation.
