We have indeed reached the maximum capacity to welcome the participants under the best conditions.

Everyone must register!

Without prior registration, it is not possible to access the United Nations building. It is therefore essential to register in advance and, please note, it will not be possible to register the same day.

FEES

Participation at this 3-day conference is FREE. Expenses related to travel, accommodation and meals must be covered by each participant. No funding is available for these expenses.

Access to the conference

On the day of the conference, it is necessary to pass through the United Nations Security and Safety Service at the Pregny Gate, with a valid ID (preferably a passport), to collect an access badge. It is strongly recommended to arrive between 30 minutes and 1 hour in advance in order to be able to retrieve the badge in a timely manner.

This process, which should only be done once, cannot be executed before the start of the conference, which is on Monday, November 18, 2019.

Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:30

Letter of invitation and visa

Please note that, depending on your country of origin, to enter Switzerland, you may need a visa.

Therefore, we recommend that you contact the nearest Swiss representation (embassy or consulate) to determine if a visa is required. In addition, please allow sufficient time for your visa application and make sure to check the deposit deadlines.

Unfortunately, we do not have the necessary capacities to help you with this process. Furthermore, as the conference is public, we cannot provide invidual invitation letter.
