Take part in a collective artwork and express your positive emotions

During the Mental Health Week 2025, organized by the Cantonal Health Office, three university campuses will be transformed into artistic expression spaces. Together, let us explore the links between positive emotions, creativity, social bonds, and mental health.

Come and express the positive emotions you feel - what drives you, inspires you, nourishes you, and gives meaning to your life. Take part in workshops to sharpen your curiosity, meet other members of the community, build connections, and experience something different at the University.

Free event – Open to all, students, teachers, researchers, administrative staff and public.

A space to:

  • create, discover, share what inspires and nourishes you, meet other members of the university community, build connections… and experience something different;
  • relax and recharge;
  • draw, write, paint;
  • express your positive emotions;
  • take part in demonstrations, artistic performances, and interactive workshops.
