Mathematical Cognition and Learning Society
The 6th annual conference of the Mathematical Cognition and Learning Society (MCLS) took place in Loughborough (UK) from 5 to 8 June 2023. During the conference Katarina Gvozdic presented the principles and results of a school intervention that was conducted with Emmanuel Sander at the IDEA lab on word problem solving for adaptively overcoming informal solving strategies when they are inefficient.
