This landmark report, published by the influential intergovernmental forum, the Climate Club, brings together many leading experts and comes at a defining juncture for global climate action. Industry is undergoing a profound shift, one that brings significant challenges but also remarkable opportunities for innovation and leadership.

In her chapter, Elena explores why phasing out fossil fuel subsidies is essential to enabling industrial decarbonisation, and how international cooperation can help reform trade and investment rules that still stand in the way of these efforts.
