- Carottage et échantillonnage: Missions de terrain en Afrique, Amérique du Sud et Europe.
- Sédimentologie: marqueurs géochimiques, géophysiques, et biologiques
- Préparation de sédiment pour les analyses de radiocarbone, charbon, pollen, diatomées, etc.
- Microscopie: binoculaire, photonique, électronique
- Chromatographie gazeuse: carbone élémentaire et isotopes stables
- Utilisation de logiciels de mesure, traitement de données, et logiciels d’analyse d’image.
