Specification

Modular inserts for:

  • metal coating target: Au (25 - 30 nm): makes specimen conductive for SEM imaging
  • carbon coating (20-30 nm): for SEM or TEM grids
  • air atmoshere glow-discharging: renderring the surface of the EM grids negatively charged and hydrophilic
  • essential for the negative staining technique
