Student office
The Student Office manages student records. It is available to provide guidance and information to students. Contact the office for administrative questions: course or exam registration, grades, transcripts, refunds, leaves of absence, correspondence for the associate dean, administrative follow-up on theses, etc.
Office Hours for Students:
- Every morning from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
To reach the Office outside of these hours, you can contact them by phone or email Monday through Friday.

Faculty academic advisor
Contact the Faculty Academic Advisor for any questions regarding academic guidance, your study plan, changing your major, or if you are experiencing difficulties that are affecting your studies. If you encounter any difficulties in your studies (academic, financial, health-related, language-related, comprehension-related, or other), you should inform the Academic Advisor immediately.

Academic advisor of the School of chemistry and biochemistry
