We are pleased to invite you to our workshop “Piloting your startup"  on Thursday 4th March from 12:30 to 14:00 with our guest speaker: Pierre-Henri "Ate" Chuet from Mach 3 Management.

This special lunchtime workshop will provide insights from aviation to be the pilot in command of your startup.

Who?
"Até" is a former Air Force and Civil Pilot. In his world-class training, he shares his experience to enable teams to thrive in stressful environments using proven methodologies from the aviation world. For more details, check out his personal video invitation here.

What?
Over 100 years, aviation has evolved from startup-mode to the safest method of transportation. In this workshop, Até will share some of the insights of aviation, and how they can be applied to teamwork & leadership.
  • How pilots make decisions with incomplete facts
  • How pilots train to continuously improve – briefing before & debriefing after each mission
  • What makes a good pilot
When?
Thursday 4th March 12:30 to 14:00

Where?
This seminar will take place exclusively on Zoom. Sign up here and our colleagues at Fongit will send you the Zoom link before the workshop.

Why?
4Ps - preparation prevents poor performance.

We look forward to welcoming you onboard!

We were glad to have ATE on board.
Here are some key takeaways (Fongit):
  • Always try to take a step back to assess a complex problem, that way you will never lose sight of the whole picture!
  • Manage your workload; do not engage in micro-management and put your efforts into problems that really need your level of competency.
  • Try debriefing after each task. By doing so, you will build knowledge for the next time you will encounter the same issues. This also helps to improve your skills.
