[1038] Nutrition and Chronobiology
The research group of Laurence Genton Graf and Tinh-Hai Collet focuses on several areas of nutrition. Professor Genton Graf is particularly interested in the gut microbiota. Her research focuses on the link between gut microbiota and the nutritional state and energy metabolism, which she studies in clinical and translational research projects. Dr. Collet focuses on chrononutrition. These lines of research intersect and lead to synergies, as in the Optishift study, which aims to understand the influence of night work on metabolism, sleep, nutrition and general health.
