Continuing Education

Continuing education is aimed at anyone wishing to improve or complete their training as they are professional. The University of Geneva has a Centre for Continuing and Distance Education. Its mission is to facilitate the setting up of programmes and the provision of offers and training in the field of continuing education. For physicians, continuing education is an obligation under the law on the medical professions. The Faculty of Medicine offers a number of continuing education programmes, as do the Swiss Medical Societies, whose programmes are accredited by the FMH.
