In 2026, the Faculty of Medicine will celebrate its 150th anniversary!
Founded in 1876, it is one of the nine faculties at the University of Geneva (UNIGE). At the heart of international Geneva, it carries out its teaching, research, and community service missions in direct contact with the world. Since its creation, the Faculty of Medicine has built on a tradition of academic excellence, scientific and pedagogical innovation, and interdisciplinarity.
