Background
I completed my PhD in Neuroscience in 2024 at the Institut de Neurosciences des Systèmes (INS) in Marseille, France where I investigated the electrophysiological and clinical effects of personalized transcranial electrical stimulation protocols in pharmacoresistant epilepsy. Using EEG and MEG, I analyzed functional connectivity, power spectral density, and additional electrophysiological biomarkers to evaluate the effects of targeted neuromodulation.
Current project
I have now joined the team of Prof. Serge Vulliemoz to further develop my expertise in multimodal neuroimaging and neurophysiological analysis. My research, initiated by Dr. Jonathan Wirsich, focuses on simultaneous resting-state EEG-fMRI to investigate brain network dynamics in both healthy individuals and epilepsy patients. This work aims to elucidate the effects of antiepileptic drugs and successful treatment on functional brain networks.
