Free courses about data analysis
The EMBL Centre for Biomolecular Network Analysis (CBNA) offers free courses on data analysis.
Course 1 – February (1 day) Introduction to Data Analysis and Network Biology with Cytoscape.
Course 2 – March (1 day) Introduction to BioMart (mining annotation) and accessing interaction data with STRING and the universal database client in Cytoscape.
Course 3 – May (4-days) Ontologies course in collaboration with SCB Gibson Team, and deNBI.
Course 4 – June (2-half-days) Mining Biomedical Data – Part 2 – Accessing public databases for data retrieval pathways (KEGG, Reactome, NDex), drugs, and diseases.
