Laëtitia holds a Master’s degree in Social and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Geneva (2016) and a Master of Science in Learning and Teaching Technologies (MALTT) obtained in 2018. During her interdisciplinary training, she developed expertise in UX/UI design and the evaluation of digital health technologies. Her master’s thesis, conducted in collaboration with the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), focused on the impact of personalized message presentation on blood donation intention.

In 2018, she started a PhD at the Centre Universitaire d’Informatique (CUI) of the University of Geneva, which she successfully completed in 2025. Her doctoral research focused on the personalization of mobile applications designed to promote behavioral change in the healthcare domain. Her work lies at the intersection of user experience, psychology, and digital health technologies.

Alongside her research activities, Laëtitia has contributed to numerous user-centered design and evaluation projects at the Geneva University Hospitals. She has been involved in several European Active and Assisted Living (AAL) projects aimed at developing digital solutions to support independent living, home-based healthcare, and healthy aging. Since 2022, she has been leading the EvaLab, coordinating user evaluation activities for research and innovation projects in digital health.
