Registration Information

Online Registration and abstract submission for ABIM 2024 are now closed.

Registration will be on a "first come, first served" basis.

Early registration with reduced fees will close on November 10, 2023.

Registration and abstract submission deadline is December 1, 2023.

Please note that registration and pre-booking fees cannot be reimbursed and that no change or cancellation of booking will be accepted after payment!

The registration fee includes admission to the conference for the entire duration of the meeting, the welcome reception on Sunday, coffee breaks and the farewell dinner with prize ceremony on Thursday. Please note that hotel and meal expenses are not included in the registration fee.

You will receive a confirmation of registration in pdf within a week from registration (receipts are sent at the end of each week, so you won't automatically receive one upon registration). Please enter the address of the institution from which you will seek reimbursement, if this is the case.

If places will be still available, onsite registration will be possible either on Sunday January 7 at the Hotel Suisse where the Welcome Reception will be held, or during the meeting at the Palladium from Monday to Thursday between 15:00-15:30. Please note that the registration is subject to availability and onsite payments will only be possible by credit card / paypal / postfinance. Cash will not be accepted.
