A new article reports the ELISA validation of ABCD_BH034, an engineered FHA1-Fc fusion protein that specifically recognizes a phosphorylated 53BP1 peptide.
This antibody-like reagent distinguishes phosphothreonine from phosphoserine and shows no detectable binding to other tested phosphothreonine peptides, supporting its potential use for monitoring protein phosphorylation.
