Bioinformatics for medical research

The Biomedical Data Science Facility (BDSF) at the Faculty of Medicine supports research laboratories with bioinformatics and statistical expertise. We analyse various types of data—from omics to imaging— to create publication-ready visualisations and drive scientific discovery.

Our goal is to advise, train, and assist scientists in making effective use of laboratory data across all disciplines of biomedical research.
