The Biomedical Data Science Facility (BDSF) at Faculty of Medicine, UNIGE, focuses on key areas of fundamental biomedical research, including oncology, immunology, cellular metabolism, neuroscience, microbiology, and genetics.

We work at the interface between data science and experimental biology, with the aim of helping scientists to effectively exploit large data sets. We provide bioinformatics and statistical expertise to molecular biology and applied research laboratories.
