Le partage des données de recherche comporte deux aspects : la mise à disposition des données et la réutilisation des données. La mise à disposition de vos données pour d’autres chercheurs et chercheuses augmente la visibilité de vos activités de recherche, et peut conduire à l’éclosion de nouvelles collaborations. La réutilisation de données permet l’économie des ressources qui auraient été nécessaires à leur production.
Le partage des données de recherche nécessite, entre autres, la FAIRification des données (par exemple : utilisation d’ontologies et de standards reconnus, utilisation d’identifiants pérennes (PID)), une documentation détaillée et des métadonnées enrichies.
La FAIRification des données requiert, entre autres, l’utilisation généralisée de standards reconnus. L’inventaire des standards disciplinaires du tableau ci-dessous est classé par discipline et ne contient que des standards reconnus et largement utilisés.
Vous pouvez retrouver de plus amples informations dans le fichier standards disciplinaires @FacMed disponible au téléchargement. Dans ce fichier, une description du standard est donnée ainsi que sa date de création, et un lien fairsharing.org est fourni pour chaque entrée.
