Conference Registration
Conference registration and payment: Please be aware that the early bird registration will end on June 30th, 2019. Please note that this deadline applies to the payment of the fee, and not just to filling out the registration form.

Our univerisity cafeteria will be opened from 11 am to 2 pm for lunch and the snack bar from 07.30 am to 3.30 pm
CERN opening days
Please note that CERN will have their opening days during the weekend of 14-15 September 2019. For those interested in visiting the CERN, pre-inscription, directly on their website, will be available as from June 26th (first come, first served).
Arrival in Geneva
If you arrive to Geneva by plane, you may reach the city centre by bus or by train. The train is faster but takes you only to the main train station (Cornavin). Bus no. 5, 10 are slower but take you closer to the town and other bus/tram to take you to University UniMail site.
If you arrive to Geneva by train, you may walk or take a bus/tram, depending on the location of your accommodation.
Public transports
If you arrive by plane, you may get a free bus ticket to Geneva from the ticket machine located just after the baggage reclaim area, near the sliding door to your left.
Upon arrival at your hotel, you will receive a free pass for public transports (TPG), valid for the duration of your stay.
