Despina Zlatkova obtained a master's degree in Neurocognitive psychology at the University of Oldenburg. Her research interests are neuromodulation techniques and their therapeutic potential. During her master's studies, she studied the after-effects of non-invasive brain stimulation in everyday life. In her current research, she investigates the potential of neurofeedback technology to enhance functional connectivity as a new treatment approach for improving visuomotor learning in healthy subjects and patients with stroke.
