I am a University Lecturer at the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the Faculty of Medicine, UNIGE. I am leading the MemStim project as a Principal Investigator.

I obtained my PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), where I worked at the Center for Neuroprosthetics and the Center for Biomedical Imaging. I obtained the SNSF Early Post-Doc Grant in 2019 and conducted my postdoctoral research at the Harvard Medical School, Department of Neurology, until 2021, when I received the 1^st phase of the Early Career Development Award from the Synapsis Foundation, Dementia Research Switzerland. Thanks to the Synapsis grant, I returned to Switzerland and continued my research at the Department of Fundamental Neurosciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of Geneva (UNIGE). In 2023, I received the SNSF Ambizione Fellowship, and in 2025, the 2^nd phase of the Early Career Development Award from the Synapsis Foundation, Dementia Research Switzerland. I am leading a Swiss Clinical Trial with a medical device approved by Swissmedic and Swissethics as a Sponsor-Investigator.
