You can talk directly to us (at our desk or in the microscopes' rooms), at any time, if you encounter an issue with one of the instruments available at the platform. The Bioimaging staff being the only one to be authorized to fix the problem.
Nevertheless, if you can not find us, and depending on the severity of the malfunctioning, you should contact us :
- by phone (our fix lines are directly linked to our mobiles after 4-5 phone rings).
- by using the option « report an incident » on the bottom right under the booking calendar for a given machine
- by email
We will do our best to call you back as soon as possible and to fix the encountered issue. In any cases, if you can not use your session for a technical problem confirmed by the staff after intervention, your session will be not billed, of course.
