• POLICY:

Those fees (see below) apply to all internal from the Faculty of Medicine (CMU, HUG, CUMD) and the Faculty of Sciences. Those fees are fully eligible for reimbursement by SNSF. For industry and externals, higher fees are applicable: please contact the Bioimaging staff for more information.

ATTENTION: 

Key points with PPMS (our booking system) to reduce your bill (« take-home messages »):

1. Always cancel the rest of your booked session if you do not use the entire time-slot.

2. You can move sessions in the same day and period (office hours/ outside office hours) without penalty. This is done by cancelling and reschudeling.

3. For live experiments, if you can not use your booked session, even at the last minute for any practical reasons (dead cells, etc), do not hesitate to contact us: you will be not charged.

(**) : For live cell experiments and less than 4 hours before starting a booked session, the penalties correspond to 20% of the original price of a session. For fixed samples and less 24 hours before starting a booked session, the penalties correspond to 50%.

(***) : The use of PC workstations with free access and normal assistance is charged 10 Frs.- per hour from 8:00 AM to 18:00 PM. The custom development of tools by the personnel of the Bioimaging for image processing is charged 40 Frs.- per hour.
