Linda Guerry works on the historical component of the PNR83 project Gender and Clinical Practice: an Interdisciplinary Exploration of Clinical Cases at the IEH2 under the supervision of Francesca Arena.

She holds a PhD in contemporary history and has been affiliated with the LARHRA (Rhône-Alpes Historical Research Laboratory) since 2018. She has completed several postdoctoral fellowships in Canada (2009-2015) and has worked in research projects in France (ANR Thermapolis, Natio2 project on nationality in the postcolonial period, etc.). 

Her work focuses on the history of gender in migration policies and access to nationality from a social and transnational historical perspective during the 20th century. She also conducts research on the history of social hygiene (public baths) and gender in clinical practice as part of the PNR 83 project.
