Following the completion of my PhD in cellular and molecular biology from Grenoble Alpes University in 2014, I joined Prof. Krause lab at the University of Geneva where I co-developed the therapeutic minigene technology, now licensed by Antion Biosciences. I am currently senior scientist (Maître assistant) in the inner ear and olfaction lab, managing projects on: (i) the characterization of molecular pathways involved in the pathogenesis of hearing loss, (ii) the regeneration of auditory cells of the cochlea and (iii) the development of genetic tools for gene therapy of hearing loss. We would like to bring novel precision medicine tools for patients with hearing loss; hopefully in a near future.
