Diversity management and language policy: selected internet resources
The following five lists of websites offer relevant information on one particular aspect of diversity management, namely language policy, with particular emphasis on the part of language policy that has been the object of more extensive developments, that is, minority language policy.
- General information
- International organisations
- Research programmes
- Academic journals
- Academic programmes
This list (which is arranged in alphabetical order within each of five categories) is not an exhaustive one. First of all, it is restricted to resources that are relatively directly connected with policy issues and the corresponding framework; with a few exceptions, I have therefore excluded the sites of non-official organisations devoted to specific languages. Secondly, this list is an evolving one, in the sense that additional websites may be added as the instructor becomes acquainted with them and judges that they should be featured in this list. Thirdly, the internet is a rapidly changing reality, and new resources regularly come into existence.
DISCLAIMER: in all cases, the opinions and information provided in the websites listed below remain the sole responsibility of the persons and organisations who run them, and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Observatoire économie-langues-formation.
