Henry Zivkovic
I am a biochemistry MSc student currently fulfilling a one year thesis in the ROUX lab. I am studying the dynamics and mechanisms within the ESCRT III complex by in vitro reconstitution and confocal microscopy imaging.
Before joining the University of Geneva for a MSc degree, I obtained a biochemistry BSc degree at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and experienced two internships at the ICBMS (Institute for Molecular and Supramolecular Chemistry and Biochemistry). One involved functional characterization of a lipase using molecular biology tools, whereas the other was establishing an enzyme's kinetics with and without immobilisation techniques for developping a biocaptor.
